Dear brave listeners… every once and a while we all slip into the darkness but some of us have a little more difficulty finding our way back out of it. For those listeners I created this page, to help those of us with dark hearts.
Each of you is important in your own way. I am grateful that you’ve come here to listen to these stories. I know that it can get… difficult. It can get overwhelming, and confusing. I know the irrational sensations of anxiety and loath it so. I understand the unbareable weight of emotion. I also know the relief of help. The pride in overcoming and the joy in sharing.
I present the following outlets of assistance that are offered to anyone in who needs it.
Only when steel is pounded relentlessly by pressure in an unbearable environment does it become something stronger.
Take the next step dear listener… I know you’re brave enough.
~ Wilhelm
